Wilmot Greene
Yacht Broker
Wilmot Greene grew up sailing and skiing on Lake Lanier in North Georgia. During his time at the University of Georgia, Wilmot played guitar in several traveling bands and split his time between his music career and postgraduate studies in GIS/Cartography. Eventually, Wilmot made the transition to the business side of music and managed bands, venues, and merchandise companies in a successful twenty year career. After selling his business, Wilmot moved to the Golden Isles of Georgia and rekindled his love affair with sailing. In 2016 he and his wife Tori bought a Beneteau 361 and started cruising the east coast and the Bahamas as well as bareboating in the Virgin Islands, New England and the Sea of Cortez. In 2022, they upgraded to their Island Packet 40 and spent two seasons cruising the Caribbean from Georgia to Grenada and back, covering 5,000 nautical miles and visiting virtually every island along the thorny path.Â

Wilmot enjoys nothing more than helping others make their boating dreams come true. Whether it’s finding the ideal vessel for a buyer or finding the perfect buyer, he strives to make each transaction as efficient as possible. Whether power or sail, Wilmot loves matching boats to boaters.
